2 Month Doctor appt

We went to the doctor today for our 2 month checkup. He is a big boy! 13lbs and 9 oz. Dr. Livingston said he is a healthy, growing boy!!! He was 23.6 inches long. We got our first set of shots!! Carson took it very well. He cried when they gave him the shots then was just fine after it was over. He barely cried. Now that we are home from the doctor, we are alittle fussy but overall doing good! Here is a little video of him smiling and laughing at us! Enjoy!

Back to work for Mom...

I went back to work this week. I am working part-time right now. I work from 9am-1pm everyday. It is awful to leave him. I cried the first day. He has been doing good with it though. He is staying with a friend from work. She is a nurse in the ER and she has a 9 month old girl and a 5 year old boy. He has been really good for her. Next week he will be staying with Mimi and Pops while I'm at work because my babysitter is going on vacation. We go next week to the doctor for 2 month check-up and shots.....

2 Months Old & Happy Mother's Day!!!

Carson is now officially 2 months old!!! Lesley took him by the hospital for everyone to see on Friday and weighed him and he's tipping the scales at 12 lbs. 2 oz. He's getting so chubby he has two dimples on his elbow and countless rolls on his thighs!! We also went to Silver Dollar City yesterday and he did a wonderful job. He had a great time spending the day with Aunt Lisa and Uncle Justin, so much fun in fact, he slept all the way home and most of the night last night. He had to get some rest so he could help celebrate Lesley's first Mother's Day today! Happy Mother's Day to all the moms!
